Heather , Lead Veterinary Technician

Heather resides in Red Lion with her husband, her dog Cassie, and her cat Leia. Growing up, she aspired to become a veterinarian, but her career path changed over time. While attending Syracuse University, Heather played field hockey, an experience that helped shape her strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and dedication. After college, she spent many years working with students with disabilities, coaching field hockey and softball, and working as a CNA.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Heather decided to pursue her original passion for helping animals and feels this is truly where she is meant to be. She brings five years of experience in the veterinary field and joined our team in June 2025. Heather enjoys working hands-on with animals and helping them feel safe and comfortable during their care.
In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and traveling.
