Clear Expectations, Compassionate Care
Appointments & Cancellations
We operate by appointment only and ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early. Early arrival allows us to complete any necessary paperwork and ensures you have the full amount of time scheduled with your veterinarian.
For the safety of all pets and clients:
If your pet is reactive to other pets or people, please notify our team upon arrival so we can accommodate them appropriately. If waiting in the lobby is stressful, you are welcome to call us upon arrival, and we will bring you directly into an exam room when one becomes available.
To remain respectful of all scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late.
We do have a cancellation and no-show policy. If an appointment is canceled, missed, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice more than twice, a prepaid exam fee will be required at the time of scheduling future appointments.
For the safety of all pets and clients:
- Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet
- Cats must be in a secure carrier

Technician Appointments
Technician appointments are available for select services such as nail trims, anal gland expression, and lab work. These visits are performed by trained technicians and do not include a doctor exam. If medical concerns are present, the appointment will need to be scheduled with a veterinarian.

Surgery & Drop off appointments
Surgery Day Expectations
On the day of surgery, you will receive an estimate outlining all planned services. A consent form will be reviewed and signed, confirming procedures and your preferences regarding CPR or DNR status.
We will also collect an emergency contact number to provide updates and to reach you quickly if needed. Payment is due at the time of discharge.

Drop-Off Appointments
We offer drop-off appointments for established patients to help accommodate busy schedules. With this option, your pet stays with us for the day to be examined and treated. Once the doctor has completed their evaluation, we will contact you to discuss findings and recommendations before discharge.
Drop-off appointments are scheduled on a case-by-case basis and require pets to be current on vaccines.
