Marissa, Veterinary Technician
Marissa spent her childhood years moving around to various states and settled in York, PA when she was 14. She started working at a local veterinary clinic's kennel when she was 15. Her strong passion for animals continued her path with the veterinary field after graduating high school. She worked at a small animal clinic for 6 years before moving to Williamsport for her husband's work. March 2016 they moved back to York and bought an old farmhouse. Marissa joined our team in March 2017. She has continued her path in the veterinary field and enjoys animal behavior and dentistry. She has a Dutch Shepherd named Maverick , a Belgian Malinois named BrynnLeigh, community fish, and a son. During her free time she is likely out with her family exploring, hiking, and reading. She also spends a lot of time training her dogs and going to dock diving competitions and other dog sports.
